2. When placing their first order, your friend or family member can mention your referral at the checkout during their purchase.

3. When your referred friends make a $75.00 purchase, you'll receive a $15.00 credit. If their purchase totals $150.00 or more, you'll receive a $25.00 credit. It's that simple.

Terms & Conditions:

Invite your friend or family member to explore ActivKare.com for their incontinence and medical supply needs. When checking out, make sure they include your name, phone number, or email address. After their first purchase of $75.00 or more, you'll receive a store credit valued at $15.00 for each referral via email directly from our webstore, which can be redeemed immediately. For purchases exceeding $150.00, you'll receive a maximum store credit of $25.00.

Store credits earned through the program cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of refunds or product returns, the value of the store credit will be forfeited.

To participate in the program, you must be an existing ActivKare customer with a cumulative purchase history of $75.00 or more. We'll notify you if you refer someone who is already part of our community.

Referral credits are not applicable to existing ActivKare customers who have previously made purchases.

ActivKare reserves the right to terminate or modify the programs' terms at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to award store credits. If ActivKare suspects any attempts to manipulate the system, store credits will not be provided.
