Our Automatic Delivery Program takes the stress out of reordering—and rewards you for consistency. Once you choose your products and schedule, we’ll deliver them automatically according to your timeline. Subscriptions renew unless you choose otherwise.

You’re in control: you can change item quantities, sizes, or delivery schedules at any time. Pause, postpone, or cancel your subscription.

(Note: changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shipping date.)

How the Program Works

  1. We automatically process your order based on the schedule you choose, and notify you by email once it’s confirmed and shipped.

  2. If your scheduled shipping day falls on a weekend or holiday, we’ll process it on the next business day.

  3. To make changes (pause, skip, cancel, adjust quantity), do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled shipment.

How to Enroll

  1. Create a customer profile on ActivKare.com

  2. Browse for the product(s) you want to receive regularly

  3. Select the “Subscribe & Save” option when adding to cart

  4. Choose your preferred delivery frequency (weeks or months)

    • You can put different items on different schedules (e.g. briefs every 2 weeks, barrier cream every month)

  5. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription (edit items, skip, cancel, etc.)
